POSITION GOALS:
Leading and managing internal communications projects and implementing multi-internal stakeholder (Pharma, Diagnostics & Diabetes Care) engagement strategies.
S/he will be responsible for using their insights to develop effective internal positioning and enhance the overall knowledge and engagement with One Roche (Pharma, Diagnostics & Diabetes Care), highlighting the value collaboration and Roche innovations bring to patients, providers, and the health systems.
Identifying commonalities and synergies among Pharma, Diagnostics & Diabetes Care, interconnecting internal initiatives, and suggesting scalable solutions that increase the productivity and potential of the affiliate and beyond.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Develop and coordinate a consistent, high-impact internal brand-positioning plan.
Develop and implement outstanding communications for employee engagement programs.
Accompany and nurture the initiatives of employee advocacy.
Create, organize, and manage communication channels to share updates, engage employees and promote a sense of community.
Ensure consistent and timely communication across all departments and levels of the organization.
Lead the participation in relevant industry awards.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment on communication strategies and messaging.
Develop and launch internal campaigns, promoting and amplifying regional launches, initiatives, and events.
Measuring the performance of campaign strategies and implementing continual improvement.
Partner with Cx community to share learnings and develop a consistent internal strategy.
Partner with regional and global teams to share best practices, secure efficiencies, and scale projects
Develop digital capacities to improve the impact Participate in global squads, initiatives, or projects
Manage vendors and agencies implementing and administering contracts and purchase orders

EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, applied arts & science, communication, education, social work or another graduate-level degree.
3-5 years of experience in developing, driving and implementing communication strategies, including issues management.
Partnering and facilitating skills to build strong and sustainable relationships inside Roche.
SKILLS:
Passion for strategic communications combined with a high level of emotional intelligence and resilience.
Independent and self-motivated with a strong growth mindset and willingness to take risks
Expertise in Project management and Outcome Based Planning
