In this role the person will be responsible for hiring, performance evaluations, development of people, resolving issues, reporting the status to direct and functional managers.

What you’ll do:
- Coordinate people during design and development activities
- Performance evaluation and team development
- Coaching people in product development and development processes
- Reporting to management
- Planning and driving the team operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to successfully develop and validate the design.
Qualifications:
- MS in technically focused engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-year experience in team lead or similar position
- Proven hands-on experience with development processes
- Understanding effort and schedule estimations
- Experience in motivation of people, development of individuals, etc.
- MS Office tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- DFSS tools
- Understanding of technical challenges
- Coordination of tasks capability
- Root cause finding techniques
- Communication-focused soft skills with capability to build rapport within the team, as well as with internal and external partners.
Skills:
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in oral and written English
