The brand, due to continue expanding, seeks for immediate recruitment a Wholesales Beauty Representative South Greece (based in Athens Area).
Main responsibilities:
- Market research, identification of opportunities and collaborations that the company can take advantage of.
- Development of existing and new clientele.
- Negotiation and conclusion of partnerships.
- Management of the corporate client network in his/her area of responsibility.
- Execution and achievement of sales goals.
- Monitoring, understanding customer needs and the ability to create new ones.
- Mentoring, training and supporting actively our customers.
- Continuous research and analysis of industry and competition developments.
Basic Requirements:
- Experience as a makeup artist will be grately appreciated
- Sufficient previous experience in the same or similar positions in the cosmetics industry.
- Customer-centric perception development and commitment to achieving goals.
- Negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to identify priorities and take initiatives.
- Ease of developing long-term partnerships.
- Car owner.
- Possibility of travel.
- Good knowledge of computer and CRM systems.
- Friendly, pleasant and helpful approach to customers and coworkers.
- Good knowledge of English.
