SummaryThe HENSOLDT Sensors programme area is responsible for the Air Traffic Control (ATC) / Identification Friend Foe (IFF) product line and is responsible for the processing of these projects, the further development of the product portfolio and for supporting the sales department in the preparation of offers.
Your Tasks
- Creating and maintaining projects according to the specifications of the project planning documents and entering the planning data in SAP
- Responsible for delivery control to national and international customers
- Monitoring in projects of processes such as initial delivery to the customer, delivery times and repair orders within the scope of the warranty or during the project duration
- Supporting the project managers in the programme area
- Supervision and management of all deliveries and services to be provided by development and manufacturing/integration and by subcontractors
- Preparation of all delivery documents in close cooperation with the project management and the export licence
- Order opening in SAP as well as the creation and monitoring of cost units for maintenance processes
- Commissioning of production or external subcontractors, including the purchase order for maintenance operations
- Completion of operations and order in SAP for maintenance operations, including invoicing to customers at home and abroad
- Supporting the processing of customer returns for warranty cases, retrofits and upgrades
Your Profile
- Completed commercial vocational training or comparable
- Additional specialist qualification through further training or professional experience advantageous
- Experience in processing or comparable advantageous
- Experience in project work and in an international environment advantageous
- Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
- Ability to conduct coordination meetings with clients and subcontractors
- Ability to communicate and work in a team
- Business fluent German and very good English skills
