Meet your Team
The Experience Showcases team is part of SAP’s Solution & Innovation Experience organization. We develop visionary showcases, that make SAP’s solution and innovation power tangible. The showcases are presented in digital channels as well as at global events and experience centers.
Experience Showcases is an agile team with a very open mindset– always flexible to adjust to new trends, topics, and requirements. Join us!
What you´ll do
Your main tasks:
- Support showcase projects. From ideation, to creation, production and roll-out.
- Research on latest technology trends.
- Report on showcase success.
- Create enablement materials to present and set-up showcases.
- Drive operational topics such as e.g., event bookings, logistics and reporting.
- Setup and present showcases at events around the Globe.

What you bring
This job is yours if you are/have:
- You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.
- Team player
- Open minded, proactive, and interested in new topics
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Very good communication and presentation skills (e.g. presenting showcases at events)
- Ability to work in a multi-national and multi-cultural team spread across multiple time zones
- Language skills: Fluent in English (presenting and writing), good/native in German
- Computer skills: Strong Outlook, Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Preferred field(s) of study: Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Design, Computer Science, or related field of study.
- Work experience (internships, working student assignments) is an advantage.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
