We devise smarter systems to control and monitor oil and gas extraction. Our subsea production systems are industry-leading. Our team are responsible for the quality of products from suppliers. We audit and monitor performance and collaborate with supplies and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide quality improvements and solutions.

You'll be working in the Production Controls business and develop products, provide solutions to meet client deliverables in the Subsea projects.

As an Instrumentation Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Cooperating with Project Engineer Manager, System Engineer, vendor to ensure the delivered subsea instrumentation meet all the regulation and specification requirement
• Designing subsea instrumentation such as Pressure & Temperature sensor, Acoustic Sand Detector, and Multi-phase & Single Phase Flow Meter.
• Presenting to senior leaders (EB and SEB) in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.
• Communicating across direct organization.
• Maintaining self yield at least 75% and responsible to maintain team yield at 84%.
• Managing team members of 6 - 10.

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

• Have at least Bachelor's in Mechanical or relevant Engineering discipline.
• Have 3 -10 years experience in instrument designing
• Have significant knowledge of technical concepts in technologies that intersect with own technical space.
