xNomad is a marketplace for popup stores that connects brands with unique retail & vacant pop up spaces.
There are at least 20.000 vacant spaces in Sweden right now and our goal is to fill these spaces with amazing pop up experiences. 1/12 spaces globally are estimated to be empty. Retail is currently going through a transformation and we at xNomad believe that pop-up is the future of retail. The work we do will revitalize and keep our city alive and buzzing.
We partner with innovative and exciting brands such as Voi, Hedvig, Warner Bros, TanRevel, VanMoof and New Balance.
The position
We are looking for a creative Content associate to join our team. You will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content which will help xNomad reach its overarching goals. Your duties will include producing content, executing the strategy and sharing content to raise brand awareness. This includes responsibility for production and editing of photos and video with a focus on creative and engaging content, to be used across social media channels and the website.
What you’ll do:
- Responsible for media production of internal and external events, pop up stores, cities;
- Responsible for all real estate photography, e.g., storefront shots, image editing;
- Produce visual content aligned with the marketing strategy;
- Update and manage website’s photography following company’s naming convention;
- Create engaging visual content for social media channels, which includes images, short videos (Instagram, TikTok) , and carousel graphic design;
- Manage content across all social media platforms;
- Following the brand narrative and identity to create visual content for cross-channel marketing campaigns;
- Formulate and execute social media content strategy with the rest of marketing team to build a digital presence on social media.
Who you are:
- Proficiency working with visual editing programs (e.g. Adobe Photo-shop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, etc);
- Proficiency using video, audio and lighting equipment;
- Have a strong understanding of other areas within a Photography studio, such as retouching and styling;
- Excellent communication skills in order to take direction from various stakeholders;
- Ability to effectively manage workloads in a fast-paced environment is a must;
- Strong organization skills, with a pro-active attitude;
- Excellent ability to take initiative, as well as work collaboratively as part of a wider team;
- Highly structured.
