We are a new company seeking on how music industry works all by ourselves. We love music and we look for candidates who share the same passion as us. Like you, we are beginners, so we won't charge you for any bachelors or any kind of advanced qualifications as long as you believe in yourself.
We are agile, supportive, fun, and our goal for this position is to search and find new unknown music artists with high quality work and share what they do.

We are looking for a creative and passionate Playlist Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates their ability to manage and create the ideal playlists for every music taste possible. We are looking for someone who is looking forward to learn about music industry with us and of course if you already know something about the music industry, who knows, maybe you'll end up being the teacher :). The successful candidate will be responsible for discovering new artists with great music and report them to the Music Ants founder.
Responsibilities:
- Search and find songs with high quality and add them to the playlist you created (make sure you MIX the known with the unknown).
- Show the playlist to the founder of Music Arts.
- Explain why you decided to choose those tracks and how was the process of creating the playlist.
- Research and stay up-to-date on current trends in the music world.
- Collaborate with founder of Music Arts and other team-mates in order to find the best way to show high quality music to the world.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be confident on the respective abilities.
Note that this work is a VOLUNTEER, so you won't get paid at least for now, BUT...if we do manage to get BIG and we receive some income from our project then maybe the money can be shared with the employees, but for now we don't have those conditions.
