Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- The IT architect will intervene in priority on the CMS path which aims to replace the current CMS (Orchad) by Umbraco

- He may also be required to work on issues such as Contact Center and mobility tools. These solutions are hosted on our Azure cloud
- Proven experience as an architect in the field of solutions (5 years minimum)
- Excellent knowledge and proven experience in web architecture design (5 years minimum)
- Proven experience in defining service-oriented architectures (SOA) (3 years minimum)
- Proven experience on Azure and the different integration bricks
- Knowledge of headless CMS
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience in modelling techniques (UML)

Proven CCM (Customer Communication Management) knowledge (Exstream/Open text)
Job Summary:
- Min. 8-10 years of experience
- Knowledge of Contact Center environment (Genesys callcenter)
- Knowledge of Scrum methodology
- Knowledge of the TOGAF framework
- Knowledge of mobile architecture
- Fluent in English and French (C2)
- Excellent communication
- Hybrid model of working (2days WFH)
